Villa Pohjankuru

Villa Pohjankuru is Prime Frontier Oy’s centre of growth, learning and connections in the surroundings of an old ironworks in southern Finland, where the industrialisation of our country once began. It is, in many ways, a unique stage of coaching and development events. Thanks to the region’s microclimate, natural growth in Pohjankuru is stronger than normal, and the milieu of the old ironworks promotes great team spirit. Next to the large log building stands Studio Pohjankuru, where groups such as scientist communities sometimes retreat to for a long while. The only fjord in southern Finland runs in front of the firepit and the terraced dock, flowing into Pohjankurunlahti. Several coaching groups have already found their favourite spot among the many options available in Pohjankuru.
